1. Use of the service
SellForMe.io connects SaaS companies with sales agents who want to sell products on commission. By registering as a SaaS or as an agent, you accept these terms and agree to use the platform legally and in good faith.
2. Agent program
Agents who register through the widget or the website agree that SellForMe.io and the corresponding SaaS may contact them to evaluate their inclusion in the sales program. Commissions (fixed, recurring, or both) are defined by each SaaS and are shown in the registration form. The final commercial relationship is between the SaaS and the agent; SellForMe.io acts as an intermediary for the initial contact.
3. SaaS companies
Companies that integrate the widget or use the dashboard agree to provide accurate information about commissions and terms. It is the SaaS's responsibility to comply with applicable regulations on hiring, personal data, and taxation with the agents they contact.
4. Personal data
The data collected (name, email, phone, experience, message) is used to manage the agent program and connect agents and SaaS. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing by contacting us.
